The QTouch marketplace brings together three key players: brands seeking consumer engagement, venues providing physical touchpoints, and consumers discovering personalized offers. Brands launch campaigns targeting specific venues, which are then displayed to consumers in-venue through digital experiences.
For consumers, QTouch is completely free to use. Venues can join for free and start displaying content. Brands invest in campaigns based on their marketing objectives and venue partnerships.
QTouch operates in North America and Europe, with a strong presence in major markets including the United States, Canada, and the UK. We're continuously expanding to new regions.
Visit marketplace.qtouch.ai and click 'Sign Up'. Choose your role (venue owner or brand), provide your email, and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

Sign up on the marketplace, select 'Venue Owner', complete your profile with venue details, and set up your location. Once verified, your venue goes live and brands can target it.
We welcome restaurants, hotels, retail stores, hair salons, spas, stadiums, airports, shopping centers, and many other types of venues. Any location with customer traffic can benefit from QTouch.
Venues earn revenue through revenue sharing on brand campaigns. When brands run campaigns in your venue, you receive a percentage of the spend. The more engaged your customers, the more attractive your venue becomes to brands.
At minimum, you need a stable internet connection. For full engagement, we recommend digital displays, tablets, or screens to showcase brand content. We also support WiFi portal integration and QR code campaigns that work with any device.
Yes, you have full control over campaign approvals. You can review all brand campaigns targeting your venue and approve or decline them before they go live.
Log into your marketplace dashboard and navigate to Analytics. You'll see engagement metrics, customer interactions, revenue reports, and campaign performance data in real-time.
Create an account as a Brand, set your campaign objectives (awareness, sampling, loyalty), select venues or venue types, design creative assets, set your budget, and launch. Our team reviews for quality and compliance.
Target by venue type (restaurants, retail, hotels, etc.), geographic location, time of day, customer demographics, and audience interests. You can also hand-select specific venues for precision campaigns.
Track impressions, clicks, engagement rate, conversions, and ROI through your campaign dashboard. Real-time analytics help you optimize campaigns mid-flight. We also provide detailed post-campaign reports.
Campaigns require a minimum budget of $500, at least one creative asset, clear campaign objectives, and target venue selections. All content must comply with our guidelines.
Absolutely. You can browse all active venues on the platform and select individual locations or use smart filters to target venue types, regions, or customer demographics.
We support static images, videos, interactive content, QR codes, and WiFi portal integrations. All formats are optimized for different device types and venue displays.
When you're at a participating QTouch venue, offers appear automatically on venue displays or through WiFi portals. Scan the QR code or connect to the WiFi to see available deals and interact with brand content.
Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your information is encrypted and protected according to GDPR and other regulations. You control what data you share with brands and can update preferences anytime.
Scan the offer QR code at the venue, or show your digital coupon at checkout. Some offers are automatically applied when you interact with brand content. Follow the specific instructions for each campaign.
Completely. You choose which offers to view and which brands to engage with. No interaction is mandatory, and you control all your preferences and data sharing settings.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and digital wallets. All transactions are secure and PCI compliant.
Venues receive revenue monthly based on successful brand campaigns run in their space. Payments are automated and sent directly to your account. Detailed invoices are available in your dashboard.
First, check our status page at status.qtouch.ai. If the issue persists, contact support@qtouch.ai with details about your problem, browser, device, and account. We'll assist within 24 hours.
Go to Account Settings and select 'Delete Account'. You'll be asked to confirm. After deletion, all your data is removed and cannot be recovered. Active campaigns will be cancelled.
